At the Idabel National Bank our mission is to meet the desires of our customers. As financial services professionals, entrusted with sensitive financial information, we respect the privacy of our customers and are committed to treating customer information responsibly. Our Customer Information Privacy Principles serve as standards for all Idabel National Bank employees for collection, use, retention, and security of our customer's information.

Further, we recognize our customer's right to privacy. We recognize that they have a right to expect their personal financial information to remain private and secure. We will maintain standards to ensure that customer information is private and secure at all times.

Our Privacy Policy is provided to each customer upon account opening and is readily available upon request. Subsequent notices will be mailed to every customer on an annual basis.

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT PRACTICES

Information about customers is accumulated from a variety of sources. Some information is provided to The Idabel National Bank directly by customers themselves. Other data is developed by The Idabel National Bank as a function of providing a product or service to a customer. Still other information is obtained from outside sources. We will limit the use and collection of information about our customers to that which is necessary to administer our business, provide superior service and offer opportunities that we think will be of interest to our customers. We will use information to help us identify and mitigate potential risk or loss to The Idabel National Bank. We will use information to help identify additional products or services that we believe our customers might have an interest. We will use information only in accordance with the principles set out in this policy.

The Idabel National Bank continually strives to maintain complete and accurate information about our customers and their accounts. Should a customer believe that our records contain inaccurate or incomplete personal information, we will, upon notification from the customer, investigate the customer's concerns and correct any inaccuracies.

EMPLOYEE ACCESS TO INFORMATION

At The Idabel National Bank, employee access to personal, identifiable customer information is limited to those who have a business reason to know such information. Our employees are educated on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information. Any employee who violates the privacy principles set forth, will be subject to disciplinary measures.

SECURITY

The Idabel National Bank is committed to the security of our customers' personal information. All of our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects customer account information from being accessed by third parties. We maintain and grant access to customer information only in accordance with our internal security policy.

DISCLOSURE OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION

The Idabel National Bank will not reveal specific information about our customer accounts or other personally identifiable data to parties outside our affiliated banks and companies for use unless:

  1. Our customer sends written request or authorization.

  2. The information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by the customer.

  3. The information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar information reporting agency.

  4. The disclosure is otherwise lawfully permitted or required.

We will not provide account or personal information to any company outside our family of companies for marketing purposes.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY IN BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH THIRD PARTIES

The Idabel National Bank will require the third party vendors we do business with to abide by our privacy policy to maintain the confidentiality of our customers' information.
